To all OTHG Members,
The National Race Committee consisting of the 2020 Presidents and Vice Presidents from each of the following five (5) Chapters (South, Sierra, Reno, Bay and Valley) have unanimously decided to cancel the National Series Races for the 2020 Race Season. We feel this will be a financial burden for a lot of members to perform 5 National Races in a shortened amount of time, along with the uncertainty of what the State, County or local Governments will permit track promoters to require to hold races of 200 or more riders and spectators.
We have decided that the National Races that are still on the calendar will remain on the schedule as a two day race, permitting track availability for large group attendance. We have not worked out a specific format as that will be determined by each local chapter sponsoring their Race. As far as points that will be determined by each chapter. These two-day races are going to be an extended race weekend meant for fun and to promote OTHG Racing
Thank You to all OTHG members for your patience and understanding during this time of uncertainty. We hope racing will resume soon for all areas of California and Nevada.
