Welcome to the 2023 season with the South Chapter! As we get ready to kick off a new year of racing, we wanted to provide an update on a few topics.
Event Schedule
We have added one more race to the schedule! We will be joining OTMX at LACR MX on August 6th. In addition, they will be joining us for our annual Military Appreciation Race on May 7th. The schedule is 100% finalized at this point.
Race Registration Pricing
- Members
- Main Class Only sign-ups for most races will remain at the standard $40. We will continue to look for opportunities to provide discounts (such as the $35 we provided at Glen Helen races in 2022) and combined “race packages”.
- Main Class + Support is now $50. That is $10 less than previous years!
- Non-Members
- One Day Membership is now a $20 charge
- Main Class Only = $60 total
- Main Class + Support = $70 total
- Non-Members participating in our Main/Age Classes and racing more than twice in 2023 would greatly benefit from joining as a member. Members receive: Yearly points, series trophies, national trophies, raffle prizes, a banquet invitation, and more! Membership is $45 and pays for itself in less than 3 races.
- Support Class Only (for those under 30 years old) remains at $40
- Kids Class remains at $10
- Miscellaneous
- Transponder rentals remain at $10
- Temporary numbers remain at $20
- First set is free for NEW members
