The 2023 racing season is about to get underway! Round 1 of the South Vs Valley Shootout Series takes place at Cal City MX Park on Sunday, February 5th. This is a 5 Round series where every race counts! There will be no drops and you must complete at least 4 races to place in the overall standings.
We welcome anyone and everyone to come out and join us for this race series. We have classes for all ages and skill levels. However, please note that only OTHG members are eligible to place in the final standings and receive overall series trophies.
We highly recommend that anyone that is aged 30 or older sign up as a member if you plan on racing more than 2 races this year. Membership pays for itself in that time and you get to reap the rewards of series trophies, national trophies, raffle prizes, sponsor discounts, and more throughout the year!
We will once again be offering discounts and prizes to those that pre-register for races in 2023!
Race Day Schedule:
- Gate opens at 6:30am – $15
- Sign-Ups and Morning Announcements at 7:00am
- Race Fees –
- Members – $40 (Main Class), $50 (Main + Support)
- Support as a 2nd Class is $20 on race day. Pre-Register to save $10!
- One Day Membership – $20
- Annual Membership – $45
- Non-Members must choose one of the above membership options when signing up to race a Main/Age class. We highly recommend an Annual Membership to reap all of the benefits!
- Support Only (No Main Class) – $40
- Kids Support – $10
- Transponder Rental – $10
- Transponder Bracket Purchase (if needed) – $10
- Temporary Bike Numbers – $20 a set
- New members receive their first set for free
- Practice starts between 8:00-8:30am
- Quick riders meeting then racing immediately following practice
